With a shared mission of building a better Nepal through responsible employment and ethical business practices, FOSIN represents a diverse range of outsourcing firms, HR agencies, staffing companies, skill development and workforce solution providers across the country.
FOSIN serves as the collective voice of the industry, advocating for policy reforms, promoting decent employment, and enabling skill development in alignment with the evolving needs of the national and global labor market.
